PROJECT MANAGER / CLIENT SERVICES

Almighty is a full service branding and design studio focused on brand identity and packaging design for the beauty and wellness sector.
The role
We’re looking for a proactive project manager with experience of working in a creative agency to become a trusted and integral member of a small creative team. You will be working alongside the founder & creative director, our designer and managing our extended network of trusted partners. You’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact by delivering a meaningful contribution to the day to day project management, studio management, content writing, client liaison and contributing to Almighty’s future plans. The role requires someone who has energy and a cool attitude to work well under pressure wearing many hats while having fun at the same time. You are a unicorn and we are your rainbow!
About you
Experience with all aspects of design, from initial briefing, design development and production for print and digital
Excellent communicator with exceptional client liaison skills
Excellent at managing project workflow, timelines and budgets
Proactive, super organised and efficient with an eye for detail
Excellent content writer
Proficient with project management tools like Slack, Asana, Trello, Toggl, Hubspot etc.
Problem solver with HR skills, making sure the business runs smoothly
Experience with social media scheduling software
An understanding of Adobe CS Suite, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop would be advantageous
Experience with Xero accounting software
Tech savvy
Someone who will be self motivated and invested in driving Almighty’s future plans
Comfortable working remote
